Meet the clinician

Michelle Sprouffske, LCSW (they/them)

Owner/Clinician · MSW, University of Southern California · BA Sociology/Anthropology, Eastern Oregon University

I come from an anti-racist/abolitionist foundation and believe in calling out how systems of racism and oppression affect mental health. As an AuDHD, Queer, disabled therapist, I know how important a judgment-free environment is, and how rarely systems provide one.

I use neuro-affirming, feminist and systems approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, relaxation and guided imagery. Each session is unique to the person, with your cultural identity, values and strengths in mind.

Desiree, our Administrative Assistant, is the first person new clients reach. She can discuss openings, verify insurance benefits and help you find the right service.

Services

For adults 18 and up

All services are provided by telehealth on a secure, confidential platform.

01

Individual therapy

Weekly, every other week or monthly, for current obstacles or older patterns showing up in everyday life.

02

ADHD & Autism assessments

Neuro-affirming, culturally and trauma-informed adult assessments, from a consultation to a formal assessment with a full report and accommodations letter.

03

Gender-affirming letters

Letters of support for HRT or gender affirmation surgery, offered whether you want a single session or long-term care.

04

Consultations

For individuals or agencies: trauma-informed care, LGBTQ inclusivity, neurodivergence, grief support and de-escalation.

Attending therapy does not mean you are broken or need to be “fixed.” You are already a whole, valuable person exactly as you are.
