Meet Jason
Master of Social Work, Louisiana State University · Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA), Oregon · Practicing at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C. under the supervision of Joelle Osterhaus, LCSW, LICSW
My path into social work was shaped by a deep passion for helping others, advocating for social justice, and a personal commitment to breaking cycles of depression that have impacted my own family. These experiences have strengthened my belief that healing is possible.
I believe that no two people share the same story, which is why I take a personalized, collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we'll explore your unique experiences, strengths, and goals to create a treatment plan that fits your needs.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season, seeking personal growth, or simply looking for someone to walk alongside you, my goal is to help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.
Therapeutic approaches
I work with adults ages 18 and older, with an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals.
Evidence-based techniques and practices to manage anxiety and depression effectively.
Using art, movement, writing, and music to help you explore emotions, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded. No artistic skill needed.
Centering your inherent worth, autonomy, and capacity for growth to build self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a more authentic, values-aligned life.

I am here to walk right beside you, especially on the hardest stretches.
