Kathryn's approach
Kathryn Daniels, LPC · Certified sex & relationship therapist · 834 Pearl St, Eugene
My approach to behavioral wellness is compassionate, trauma-informed, and centered on helping you reconnect with your strengths, build self-trust, and create a life that feels authentic and most meaningful to you. Together, we get to honor where you've been while empowering you to embrace hope, meaning, confidence, and thriving in life.
Outside of my work with clients, I find joy in the simple things: time with family and friends, my dogs and livestock, and getting outside whenever I can. I love hiking, snow sports, riding quads and dirt bikes, and finding new adventures in the beautiful outdoors.
