I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in Eugene, Oregon. I am passionate about strengthening marriages and families, improving relationships, and helping people overcome challenges so they can reach their full potential.
My goal is to help you increase your personal agency—your ability to make choices, take action, and be in control of your life. No matter your circumstances, I believe we all have the potential for growth, development, and—ultimately—joy.
